Tick Season is Here

Open Enrollment Period for Qualified Health Plans

insuranceUnder the Affordable Care Act, open enrollment periods for individuals who are eligible to enroll in a Qualified Health Plan is as follows: For coverage starting in 2014, the Open Enrollment Period is October 1, 2013 – March 31, 2014. For coverage starting in 2015, the proposed Open Enrollment Period is November 15, 2014 – January 15, 2015. Please also note that Special Enrollment Periods outside of Open Enrollment are available to individuals if they experience certain events.
