One for the Books 2008 - save the dates - Oct. 11 and 18The fundraising committee for the John Jermain Memorial Library Capital Fund is busily at work organizing One for the Books 2008, the Library’s 3rd annual dinner party extravaganza, and tickets have just gone on sale. Click on the image at left to find out how you can reserve the book/dinner party of your choice.

If you’ve attended one or more of these parties in past years, we know you’ll want to sign up again. If you’ve never been, now is your chance to find out what everyone’s been talking about. By all accounts these parties are distinctive, delicious and delightful.

Dinner hosts from all over the Sag Harbor area have each selected a book title. You get to choose your favorite book from the list, and dine with fellow book lovers. (Click here for list.) You’ll find out who is hosting your party a week or two before the event, but you won’t know who else will be there until you get there. You never know who you might meet!

So, join the fun, meet your neighbors and help us raise funds for John Jermain Memorial Library on October 11th or October 18th at One for the Books 2008. Space is limited, so reserve know for the best chance of getting the book title you want.

The fine print: You must select at least three book titles from the list, which can be found on our website at www.johnjermain.org/14books.html. Guests will be assigned to dinners in the order that reservations are received. Every effort will be made to accommodate your selections. We will notify you which dinner party you will be attending by October 1st.
