As part of Sag Harbor’s 300th Anniversary Celebration John Jermain Library is sponsoring a “Literary Walking Tour” with Tony Garro on Saturday May 5th 10:00 am leaving from Long Wharf.  Here is a chance to take a walk with the wonderful Tony Garro and listen to his recounting of when the likes of John Steinbeck, James Fenimore Cooper, Prentice Mulford, Nelson Algren walked these very same streets.  Today you might see Tom Harris, E. L. Doctrow or Lanford Wilson having lunch or going into the Post Office or even just strolling Main Street. The list goes on and to hear Tony tell of the local lore is really to good to miss.  We are leaving from Long Wharf at 10:00am.  It will be the highlight of the weekend-guaranteed! No rain date has been set but if the need arises there will be one!  Hope to see you there!!!
